To celebrate the Harvest Community, we are holding a live stream party from beautiful and crypto friendly Costa Rica. At the event, we will be handing out prizes….Including giving away a free house to one lucky NFT holder.

Unfortunately, you will not be eligible to win.

At the time of the drawing, we will announce the winner on Live Stream! If you are announced as the winner, you will have five minutes to respond before we select a new one. This is to ensure all prizes are distributed at the time of the Live Stream.

What happens if the collection doesn’t sell out?2022-05-09T19:13:08-04:00

We love to have a full sellout of our collection, and we have been working tirelessly to reach this goal. We would only need to sell 50% (5’000) of the collection to fund all prizes.

Can I purchase a house that is more than $500’000 USD?2022-05-08T16:44:10-04:00

Yes, but you will be responsible for the price difference and qualifying for the remainder of the funds needed to close on the property.

The grand prize is up to $500’000 USD. Any funds not used will be returned to Harvest DAO’s Treasury.

Of course! This is something we mention in our Harvest Hedge thesis in focusing on real estate investment properties and would be great for one of our Harvesters to take this approach.

Can I sell the house?2022-05-08T13:50:04-04:00

Once we have distributed the winnings, there is no say or legal interest from Harvest DAO on if you sell the property or move into it.

Who pays the closing costs?2022-05-08T13:47:39-04:00

Closing cost can be factored into the overall winnings as long as the amount does not surpass $500’000 USD. Please see the FaQ that outlines this question if the amount exceeds the grand prize sum.

Do I have to choose the property location based on my country?2022-05-08T14:25:54-04:00

No, you can choose wherever you are legally allowed to own property.

We can help support you in your property location decision with our legal team. These support costs will however reduce your grand prize winnings. Legal cost would be agreed upon by both you and Harvest DAO prior to engagement.

What if I win the Grand Prize and don’t want to purchase a house?2022-05-08T16:47:36-04:00

If the Grand Prize winner decides not to purchase a house, then they will receive an alternative prize of $100’000 USD in $HVST tokens.

If the Grand Prize winner resides in Ukraine, then they will receive a special circumstance prize of $250,000 USD in $HVST tokens.
